About Nadine's Chicken Salad
One day the owner of the Cleveland IGA grocery store came to the home of Nadine Wardenga for lunch. Ms. Wardenga served her unique chicken salad. The grocery store owner was so impressed that he suggested the chicken salad be sold his store deli. A taste test was held one Saturday and was sold out by lunch. Nadine’s Chicken Salad has been a sell out item ever since. No store losses on this product.
Since then, Nadine’s Chicken Salad has become a local favorite with sales over 55,000 pounds in one small grocery store. Nadine would now like to share her chicken salad with the rest of Georgia.
About Us
In 2007 Greg and Leslie Adams, became the new owners of the Old Cleveland IGA. As news of the opening (became BIG news-in a small town), Mr. Adams was asked over and over if they would have Nadine’s Chicken Salad when they opened. He agreed and sold over 5,100 pounds in the first year of opening…
